Rose Espinoza has been a successful mayor in La Habra and a community leader within Orange County for years. She is now ready to serve as one of our county supervisors.

Her leadership has been an example of "ordinary" citizens making a difference. Whether it was starting a nonprofit organization (Rosie's Garage) that helps care for low income children after school, serving as a member on the Board of Trustees for St. Jude Hospital, or working together with La Habra Neighborhood Housing Services Advisory Committee, Rose continually proves that an "ordinary" wife and mother can choose a life of extraordinary service.
